Welcome to The North Poppy. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

The North Poppy arranges and sells fresh floral arrangements, stationery, journals, art pieces, and subscription products intended to encourage mindfulness, gratitude, and appreciation of life’s quieter moments. All products and services provided are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

By using our website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, or access systems or data without permission.

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

We ship using Royal Mail or other selected carriers. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, and The North Poppy cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information or postal issues beyond our control.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns on floral arrangements. If your flowers arrive damaged as a result of transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Each case will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, a replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion.

For non-perishable items such as stationery, journals, and art pieces, all items are carefully checked before dispatch. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or personalised. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a suitable resolution.

Subscription products are billed automatically according to the schedule stated at purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for subscription periods that have already been processed or dispatched.

All content on this website, including artwork, designs, illustrations, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of The North Poppy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The North Poppy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time, with changes effective upon publication on our website.
