Shipping Policy – The North Poppy

At The North Poppy, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order so it arrives safely and beautifully. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

All orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product listing. Many of our items are made to order or prepared in small batches, so processing times may vary. During busy periods or special releases, dispatch may take slightly longer, and we thank you for your patience.

We ship orders using Royal Mail or other trusted postal services. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, The North Poppy cannot be held responsible for postal delays that are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are correct and complete. The North Poppy cannot be held liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply to resend it.

Fresh flowers are shipped or delivered on selected dates only. Due to their perishable nature, delivery dates are carefully planned, and missed deliveries caused by unavailable recipients or incorrect details cannot be refunded. Please ensure someone is available to receive floral deliveries where required.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours for fresh flowers and within 7 days for non-perishable items. Clear photographs of the damage and packaging must be provided so we can assess the issue. Each case is reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We currently ship within the UK unless otherwise stated.

All international mail club orders are shipped with 2nd class international shipping. Please note, delivery may take up to 21 business days. Any customs duties, taxes, or charges for international orders (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
