At The North Poppy, we are committed to providing you with the freshest and highest quality flowers. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is warranted. This policy outlines the conditions under which we may issue refunds.

 

1. Conditions for Refunds

We may offer refunds under the following circumstances:

    • Damaged or Defective Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged or defective flowers to process your claim.
    • Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect order (e.g., the wrong type of flowers), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a refund.
    • Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive on the specified delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and may issue a refund if the delivery failure is confirmed to be our fault.

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for the following situations:

    • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after placing an order.
    • Delayed Contact: If you contact us about an issue more than 24 hours after delivery, we may not be able to process a refund.
    • Incorrect Delivery Information: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

    2. Evaluation: We will evaluate your request and may contact you for additional information.
    3. Resolution: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
